Love this app but...

I love this game could (& often do) play it for hours! The only caveat is the glitch that periodically causes the game to freeze up at the start. Doesnt open-cant play just sticks on the primary screen sit of the game. Ive tried re-starting & have looked for support suggestions but havent had any luck. The only thing that works is deleting the game & re-installing it which clears your scores & is a pain. Any help w/this is appreciated.
